Each of our students had to take home a permission slip to get signed by his or her parents or guardians. Attached is a copy of the perssion slip and chaperone form. Of the 25 students in our 6th grade, 20 will be attending the field trip.
Also, this week we booked our transportation and our hotel rooms. Fullington Tours will be supplying us with buses for the duration of our trip. The cost for the buses is $30 a person. With the 20 students attending, 4 chaperons, and 4 teachers attending the trip, the cost for the buses is $840.
We will be staying in a Best Western hotel. We will need 9 rooms at $99.99 a night. So the total cost of the hotel rooms is $899.91.
